OMEC Extruders are expressly conceived for the even cold extrusion of rubber.
They are used both in flexible mandrel lines and in rigid mandrel lines.

Head: at 90° for sub-layer and cover

Diameter Control: tool installed on the extruder head in order to control by laser the diameters of the extruded hoses

Usually the Extruders are equipped with Cooling Tanks (stainless steel, with electropumps for the recirculation of the cooling liquid) and with Anti-Adhesive Tanks (to apply the anti-adhesive on the hose).
